BackOffice access - Login page

The login page is the access gateway to Planograma WMS (the warehouse management system) and protects the sensitive data through secure access mechanisms.

Authentication

The authentication section contains two main fields:

  • User: enter the username or the unique ID provided by the system administrator.
  • Password: enter the password associated with your account (mind the upper/lower case).

Then:

  • The Login button: pressing the green "LOGIN" button sends your data for verification.

The connection process

  1. Open the login page — access in the browser the dedicated address of Planograma WMS, for example YourCompanyName.planograma.com.
  2. Enter the access data — fill in the "User" and "Password" fields.
  3. Initiate the connection — press the "LOGIN" button.
  4. Successful connection — after the successful verification, you are redirected to the main dashboard of Planograma WMS (BackOffice).
  5. Failed connection — if the data is incorrect, an error message is displayed asking you to re-enter the correct information.

Troubleshooting

Connection problems

If you encounter difficulties at connection, check that you have a stable internet connection and the browser updated. For additional assistance, consult the user manual or contact the support team ([email protected]).
