Commissioning

This page guides you through the steps of the initial Planograma setup, before you start daily operation. There is no automatic setup wizard: you go through the steps below manually, in the recommended order, because each step builds on the previous one.

Data entered once (warehouses, locations, master data) is reused across all later documents and operations. It's worth configuring it correctly from the start.

1. Company and access

Start with the company data and the users who will have access to the application.

2. Physical structure of the warehouse

Define the warehouses, storage spaces, zones and locations where you will keep stock.

3. Master data

Configure the base data: units of measure, categories, products and partners.

4. Equipment and settings

Connect and configure the equipment and notifications.

5. Starting operation

Once you have gone through the steps above, you can start working daily with documents, inventories and reports.
