Quick start guide

This guide is intended for new users of the application.

Prerequisites

Before using the application, you need the following.

Planograma WMS is a web application. It works optimally in the most recent versions of the browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Brave
  • Opera
  • Safari

In addition to these:

  • A valid user account. If you do not have an account, you can contact us at Contact | PLANOGRAMA.
  • A compatible device. The application is compatible with the operating systems:
    • Windows 10 or newer
    • Android 10.0 or newer
  • An internet connection. The application requires an internet connection to work.
  • Access permissions. Depending on your role in the organization, you may need specific permissions for certain features. If you encounter access problems, contact the system administrator.

For certain features you may also need:

  • A compatible mobile terminal.
  • A compatible label printer — the application supports label printers for generating location and product labels.
