Required stock report¶
The Required stock report page displays the products that are part of the active production orders and helps you see whether you have enough stock to cover them. For each product you see the available stock, the reservations, the minimum and maximum stock thresholds, the quantity that is about to come in and the quantity required by the open production order, plus the resulting difference.
The columns of the report are:
- Product name - the name of the product
- Product code - the product code (link to the product page)
- Stock - the available stock (total stock minus reservations)
- Reservations - the reserved quantity (link to the stock movements)
- Minimum stock / Maximum stock - the thresholds set on the product
- Incoming/Scheduled - the quantity that is about to come in from the unvalidated receipt documents
- Open production quantity - the quantity required by the active production order
- Difference - the final result, after taking into account the stock, reservations, incoming quantities and production
From this page you cannot add or delete items. You can only customize the way of displaying (using the Columns option), filter, sort the list or export it.
