Picking report¶
The Picking report page shows you the picking activity in the warehouse: who picked, from which documents, how long it took and what quantities resulted. The report has two forms, between which you switch with the button in the toolbar.
At the top you can filter by:
- Start date / End date - the analyzed time interval
- Picking operator - the user who performed the picking
- Document type - outbound, picking list, transfer, inbound, inventory or SSCC
You press Filter to apply the filters and Reset to clear them.
Detailed report¶
The default form. Each row is a picking operation on a document:
- Document number - the picked document
- Document type - the document type
- Picking operator - who picked
- Start date / End date - when the picking started and finished
- Time spent - the duration of the operation
- Number of products - how many products were picked
- Total weight - the total weight picked (kg)
General report¶
The form aggregated by operator (you press the General report button):
- Picking operator - the user
- Number of documents - how many documents they picked
- Picking documents - the list of documents
- Time spent - the total time
- Number of products - the total of the products picked
- Total weight - the total weight picked
From this page you cannot add or delete records. You can filter, switch between the two forms and export the report (detailed or general).
