Transfers

The transfer document is called a Transfer note.

The transfer page displays a table with past and current transfers, each with a status and a set of buttons, including: the Add button (for a new transfer), the Delete button and the table configuration buttons.

To add a transfer, press the Add button; you will be redirected to the transfer add page.

Here you must fill in the destination location for the products. In addition, you can enable or disable the Requires validation toggle. When it is enabled, you will have to validate the document through the mobile terminal. Then press Add.

On the next screen you enter the product leaving the warehouse, then the quantity. You can choose from which location to take the products; by default, the first location where the product was stored is shown. Repeat these steps for all the products in the transfer. Finally, depending on the choice made regarding Requires validation, the transfer will be sent to the mobile terminal or validated directly in the BackOffice.
