Scanners

On this page you configure the scanners used in the warehouse operations. From this page you can add, edit or delete scanners.

Adding a new scanner

Press the ADD button at the top of the page and the scanner adding page will open.

General information

  • Name - fill in the scanner name.
  • Status - if it is enabled (ON), the scanner is available for use. If not, it cannot be used.

Technical information

  • IP - fill in the IP address to which the scanner is connected.
  • Port (external) - fill in the communication port with the scanner.

Additional information

  • Details - fill in any additional information about this scanner to identify it more easily.

The scanners defined here can be used when configuring the outbound ramps, on the Outbound ramps page. The application also offers a function for testing the connection with the scanner (start / stop test), useful for checking whether the scanner responds correctly.

Editing / Deleting scanners

To edit a scanner, press the actions menu (the three dots) in the Actions column, next to the scanner. The Edit / Delete options will open, and then you can change the data as appropriate.

You can also double-click on a scanner and the editing page will open.

If you want to delete several elements, select them using the checkboxes and then press the DELETE button at the top of the table.
