Order list

Here you can see all production orders, each with its corresponding status: pending, in transfer, transferred, in production, finalized and closed. From here you also track the history of past orders (the finalized or closed ones stay in the list), there is no separate page for history. You can filter by status to see only the orders that interest you.

From here you can also add a new production order.

To create a production order, first press Add.

Next, the page for adding the production order opens. Here you fill in the product you want to create, the corresponding production line, the product quantity and the date. Then press Add.

First of all, you need to add a production recipe in Catalogs → Products: press the menu (the three dots) on the product row, choose "View Recipe" and add the raw materials, the related quantities and, optionally, the scrap percentage.

Then tick the row corresponding to your production order and press Create transfer to create a transfer from the source locations to the production entry line. Access the mobile terminal and validate the document there.

After the transfer is validated, you need to access the production screen. For this, click on your account name, then press Production.

This is the production screen. Here you will see, colored in green, whether you have a production order in progress. If not, the production line turns red.

Click on the production line, then on the production order.

Now enter the quantity of each raw material using the plus sign on the left of the table. When you have finished, press Finalize production process.

The last screen is a summary of the production order. Press Close production to finalize the order and create the product.
