Printers¶
On this page you configure the printers used in Planograma for printing the labels and the documents. From this page you can add, edit or delete printers.
Adding a new printer¶
Press the ADD button at the top of the page and the printer adding page will open.
General information¶
- Name - fill in the printer name.
- Status - if it is enabled (ON), the printer is available for use. If not, it cannot be used.
Technical information¶
- Printer IP (external) - fill in the IP address to which the printer is connected.
- Port (external) - fill in the communication port with the printer.
- Printer type - select the printer type. The available options are:
- Product label printer - for the product labels.
- AWB label printer - for the AWB labels.
- A4 document printer - for the A4 documents.
Additional information¶
- Details - fill in any additional information about this printer to identify it more easily.

The printers defined here can be associated with users on the Users page, according to the type of each (product labels, AWB or A4 documents).
Editing / Deleting printers¶
To edit a printer, press the actions menu (the three dots) in the Actions column, next to the printer. The Edit / Delete options will open, and then you can change the data as appropriate.

You can also double-click on a printer and the editing page will open.
If you want to delete several elements, select them using the checkboxes and then press the DELETE button at the top of the table.
