Expenditure receipts¶
The expenditure receipts page displays a table with past and current receipts, each with a status and a set of buttons, including: the Add button (for a new receipt), the Delete button and the table configuration buttons.
To add an expenditure receipt, press the Add button; you will be redirected to the receipt add page.
Here the warehouse is set by default, but you can change it if you want. In addition, you can enable or disable the Requires validation toggle. When it is enabled, you will have to validate the document through the mobile terminal. Then press Add.
On the next screen you enter the product leaving the warehouse, then the quantity. You can choose from which location to take the products; by default, the first location where the product was stored is shown. Repeat these steps for all the products in the receipt. Finally, depending on the choice made regarding Requires validation, the receipt will be sent to the mobile terminal or validated directly in the BackOffice.
