Adding a new document

How to add a new return

  • Go to Documents → Return
  • Press the Add button

On the next page you need to fill in the document data. The return creation page has three sections to complete:

General information

This section contains two fields with general information about the return: the supplier and the warehouse.

  • Supplier — enter the supplier name or select it from the drop-down list. Mandatory field.
  • Warehouse — select the warehouse from which the products will be returned. Mandatory field.

Validation information

This section contains two fields and a toggle related to return validation: Date, External reference and the Requires validation toggle.

  • Date — enter the document date.
  • External reference — enter the external reference of the document.
  • Requires validation — if you enable it, the document will be sent to the mobile terminal in the warehouse to be validated. Otherwise, you can validate the document directly in BackOffice.

Additional information

This section contains a single field with additional information about the return. It is not mandatory.

  • Comment — add a comment about the return to identify it more easily.

After you fill in all the mandatory fields and the desired ones, press Add to create the return or Cancel to discard the entry.

After you press Add, you are redirected to the next page — the products page of the return — where you will add the products and their corresponding quantities.
